The first 10 days of the month are expected to be the coldest, as weather conditions will be influenced by an anticyclone from the Kara Sea. A dangerous natural phenomenon, "Abnormally Cold Weather," is forecast for the north and east of the central regions. During this period, temperatures will be 10°C or more below normal.

Temperatures are expected to be generally cooler than normal in the second ten-day period, and close to normal in the third ten-day period.

According to preliminary estimates, temperatures will rise to +2-5°C in most areas only on a few days during the third ten-day period. Winter conditions will remain in place on the rivers.
